Lightly wash wakame. Cover with water and soak 3 to 5 minutes. Slice into bite size pieces.
Place onions, wakame and its soaking water, tofu, bonito flakes and water in a pot. Bring to boil, reduce to low, cover and simmer until onions are soft.
In a cup, add miso and a small amount of soup broth to make a paste. Add to the soup and simmer 2 minutes. Garnish with scallions. 2 to 1/2 TB.

Cooking Tips
To cook millet, combine 1 part well rinsed millet to 3 parts water in a pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook
until all the water is absorbed, about 40 minutes.
