Millet Mousse Recipe
If you have leftover millet, this simple dessert will be ready in minutes. It can be prepared with bananas or any ripe fruit,
and warming spices such as allspice,
cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, or ginger. This recipe is a basic version.
Millet Mousse

INGREDIENT |
| 1 Cup |
Freshly Cooked Millet |
| 1/2 Cup |
Coconut Cream or Coconut Milk |
| 1/4 TSP |
Ground Cloves |
- Purée all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Add the amount of coconut cream or coconut milk to achieve the consistency you prefer.
- Dust each serving with cinnamon and drizzle on coconut cream.

Cooking Tips
To cook millet, combine 1 part well rinsed millet to 3 parts water in a pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook
until all the water is absorbed, about 40 minutes.
