Meet the Author - Jan London

Jan London I have been a natural foods chef since 1983. My passion to explore the healing nature of foods, led me to the Far East and to Europe where I studied macrobiotic and authentic cooking for 13 years with a leading Taoist and macrobiotic teacher.

I offer my skills and knowledge attributed to these rare and insightful teachings to those who wish to regain their health and to the gourmand who appreciates natural cuisine.

The purpose of a retreat is to promote awareness and inner peace through physical and mental exercises. Food nurtures this process. It has a cleansing effect and brings awareness to the senses - and for many of the participants, it is the highlight of their day.

I develop customized menus to compliment the programs of spiritual and restorative retreats.
