Coconut Wild Rice Recipe

MEASURE
INGREDIENT
2 Cups
Wild Rice
2 Cups
Water
2 1/2 Cups
Coconut Milk
1/2 TSP
Sea Salt
2 or 3 Drops
Stevia Clear Liquid
-
Coconut Flakes For Garnish

  1. Wash the rice several times in cold water until it runs clear. Place all ingredients, except coconut flakes, in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer until all the water is absorbed and the rice is just beginning to stick to the bottom of the pot.
  3. Turn off the heat and allow the rice to rest in the saucepan for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Gently fluff the rice with chopsticks or a rice paddle before serving. Garnish each bowl with coconut flakes.
